Conventus Flower Orthopedics announced the company has appointed Brad Niemann as CEO, effective immediately.
“The board of directors and Deerfield Management are pleased to have an incredible leader like Brad join Conventus Flower Orthopedics,” Rick Epstein, chairperson of the board, said in a company press release. “His proven leadership, strong operational expertise and extensive experience managing significant growth will be invaluable to the company as we continue to launch new, highly differentiated products.”
With an experience that spans nearly 25 years of executive management in the medical device industry, Niemann has held multiple leadership positions at Orthofix International N.V, including senior vice president of commercial operations, president of BioStim and president of global Orthofix spine, according to the release. The release also noted Niemann previously held the position of senior vice president of recovery sciences at DJO Global Inc.
