VySpine announces FDA clearances on its VyLam and VySpan screw systems. This expands the portfolio of VySpine.
According to a press release from the company, the VyLam System has been cleared for use by skeletally mature patients who are undergoing laminoplasty for the upper and lower thoracic spines (C3-T3).
According to a release, the VySpan posterior cervical and thoracic systems received clearance to attach additional connectors to the VyLink screws system. This system was also cleared to be used for other indications.
