How to Grill Perfect Grilled Salmon
Salmon should be grilled in pieces that are: 1) tender and moist (not dried!), 2) optimally seasoned, and 3) don’t stick to the grill, follow these tips:
- Salmon Skin-On. You must use skin-on salmon fillets if you want to cook salmon directly on the grill grates.
- Marinate or Season. A well-seasoned salmon is a delicious fish. Salmon Seasonings or your favorite salmon rub can be used to make a delicious salmon.
