Meet the Waller Family


We brought our daughter Jubilee home from India a little more than a year ago. We wanted to say a heartfelt, “Thank you!” not only for the Adoption Aid [grant] But also for [the Show Hope Medical Care grant for] Jubilee’s therapy. Jubilee could not sit or stand up by herself when she was three years old. She was also nonverbal. When she was four years old, Jubilee began to try walking. [When we first brought her home,] she would fall down every 10 feet and couldn’t make it across the house without falling. Jubilee has always been a fighter and she is now stronger. She runs fast and is catching up with other children her age. She also works on her English, and is becoming increasingly understandable. 

This would not have been possible without [Show Hope’s] help. We didn’t know how the adoption was going to happen financially. God saw that through, with Show Hope’s help. We struggled to answer the question once we had her back home. Now What? Jubilee needed physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Jubilee required physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. She required special glasses from an ophthalmologist for children and needed to be treated by him. 

She has a lot of work to do. We’re hoping that God will…
