Goat curry Mutton or spicy gravy is made from tender goat meat. The gravy is prepared in a lot of Indian spices and coconut paste. This curry is best served with Indian bread. Make sure the goat meat is at its best when you prepare any goat curry. The goat meat is more tender and easier to prepare. When I make goat curry, I always keep a bit for myself after the third or fourth day. You will be amazed at the amount of meat that goes into the curry. However, it is important to keep the curry refrigerated.
